Pricing for Polestar PatPro Systems

Lease	1 machine 1 model $500 per month Additional Models or Machines @ $250 each per month
Purchase	$20,000 with 66% of first 12 month lease applying to purchase Each additional Machine or Model @ $5,000
Lease/Purchase Example	1 model 3 machines lease at $1,250 sale $35,000, Purchase after 12 months $20000

Corporate Contract:

5% discount on each additional mill to a maximum of 20% applies to both lease and purchase. The first mill must be at 100% of standard price 2nd 95%, 3rd 85%, 4th and additional at 80%. If the additional mill requires additional models or machines the discount applies to the calculated price of that system. This encourages the client to install the simple systems first as the discount means more if applied to a system with multiple users, models and machines.

Warranty:

Lease and Purchase. Polestar will fix all errors in our code at no cost to the user. Polestars’s liability is limited to corrections of errors.

Support:

Unlimited phone E-Mail support is free on all systems. Client site support, see Training or consulting

Lease:

Polestar will modify the system as the users requirements change. New models or machines will be added with the appropriate lease adjustment. Additional training and consulting may be included at Polestar’s discretion.

Purchase:

Polestar will do any enhancements required by the user by fixed bid or time and expenses basis. The option is up to the user. Any time and expenses charges will be on a not to exceed basis. Additional models or machines will be added based on the current Polestar price schedule.

Training:

Initial training on all systems is included. Additional training on lease systems will be included at Polestar’s discretion. Additional training on purchased systems will be on a time and expenses basis.

Consulting:

Lease systems included at Polestar’s discretion. Purchased systems on fixed bid or time and expenses basis.

Time and expenses:

All man-hours (outside of Polestar's office) including travel at $125 per hour (Maximum 8 hours per day). Expenses include airfare, hotel, meals etc.

Polestar will not itemize the man-hours and expenses. The man-hours and expenses will be billed as a single dollar amount. Fixed bids will be submitted at the client's discretion.

Machine notes:

Paper Machine and its associated winder is 1 machine. Off machine winders, Etruders, Calendars, Count multiple as 1 (if identical specifications). Only the machine Id can change. If specifications change, it is another machine.
